The launch of the first commercial flight of Falcon 9 has been postponed. The SpaceX team does not name the exact reasons.
An open statement about the need to postpone the launch was received literally one minute before the intended start of the flight, which shocked the public (information came during a live broadcast on the company’s channel). Representatives of SpaceX themselves do not comment on the decision, which was the reason for the birth of a large number of speculations. According to preliminary information, the launch may take place today (May 11, 2018).
This launch was supposed to have a special status. — it would be SpaceX’s first commercial deal. The reason is the unique load — there is a Bangladesh satellite on board the rocket, which she was supposed to deliver into orbit.
Earlier we wrote about how the creations of Elon Musk were able to deprive Russia of the status of a space superpower.
